fast delivery, easy communication. I had to pay premium price for the moving 'cause the guy said there will be 4 guys moving the piano. when they came, I saw one guy roll the piano on a wheel across the pavement into my garage. It was a really easy job for them. the piano wasn't moved carefully 'cause there was only 1 guy. the receipt says 4 guys 2 hours + $100 gas. but the whole thing took at most 1 hour, and I saw only one guy. I believe I overpaid. the price was agreed and paid in advance, but the work quality and service is not as promised.

This is not true, The quote was for $470 and Leo said that he wanted a fixed price of $400. We agreed to the fixed $400 price, which is what we charged him. Based on the fixed rate, we did not tell him how many movers will arrive. The Piano was moved and was not damaged. The customer paid for the work, quality, and service that was promised to him.

I had 3 guys move me, and I m an older woman by myself. They couldn t have been more courteous and helpful. They worked hard and fast. Everything that was moved arrived as it left, nothing was missed or damaged. A very professional crew, I highly recommend them.

The crew was great, they packed a lot of stuff neatly, I was impressed. They were friendly and reliable!! They were unfortunately several hours late to unload which wasn’t great.

We found them on Home Advisor. We were moving a college daughter's items in a storage unit to another city and state. They gave a fair price. Told us how long it would it take and did exactly what they said they would do. We were not in the City where the items were being picked up from the storage unit so I was a little concerned. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.

The guys moving my furniture was very good but the office customer service very very bad. Nasty attitude when talking to me after picking up my furniture I call for them to bring it back the man in the office not good customer service skills!

The representative that helped schedule Pat's move is the same person who tried helping her after the move. No nasty attitude from the representatives side, the customer was unhappy because she wanted a discount on the materials she purchased and didn't let the representative speak, and after having her say, she hung up the phone. We tried calling her back to help, but was unsuccessful reaching her. We gave her a great service and will continue giving great service.
