Aviv Moving was really awesome! They called in advance, showed up on time, were friendly and careful, and moved our furniture from the upper level down to the lower (for our renovation) quickly and skillfully. They packed things together like a puzzle, and left us a lot of space, so we can still use our lower level during the renovation. We have rehired them to move everything back upstairs. Their scheduling people are top notch! I know, because I trained customer service for years. They have the right attitude, as well as all the right technical systems in place to make things easy for customers. Out of all the different vendors I have been in contact with during my renovation, these professionals have been the best! Kudos to Aviv moving. Other people could learn a thing or two from them.

The owner Yaniv was very nice and accommodating. We were able to come up with an equally agreeable price. I will admit I did keep asking for changes in my move due to circumstances beyond my control. Again Yaniv was very accommodating. The only reason I took off a 1/2 point on my rating was because of the driver. Although he did a GREAT job and took care of all my needs (which were different than originally agreed upon, but still within the scope of my price quote), he was very rude to me. He worked hard but made me very uncomfortable the way he treated me. All and all though as I said they were a great company and did great work.

The team was very easy to work with and made a move from 2 different apartments go very smoothly. The move only involved furniture and there was no damage to anything. The move involved fitting large pieces in a tight corner stairwell and they made quick work of it all! The final destination was on the 3rd floor and I was amazed on how quickly they worked to bring it all upstairs. 10/10 would recommend and would use them again for a future move! The move specialist was very candid and straightforward with no hidden fees. Thanks for making this move painless!

Easy scheduling. Crew called 40 minutes before the expected arrival time and showed up 29 minutes early (no problem for me). Crew of 3 worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. Handled my possessions with care, and finished earlier than expected. Excellent pricing, too. I plan to use Aviv when I need things moved to storage.
