Aviv misled me into giving me a time frame for a long-distance move. They picked up my stuff two weeks early (so did not have stuff for a month) prior to moving and then did not deliver my items until another month total (so did not have items for two months). The customer service was so bad they did not know where my items were, and realized they still had not began to move my items when I had inquired upon moving to the new location. By the time I got my stuff I had some items missing/broken but was so frustrated by the whole process determined it was not even worth it to try to contact again.

This move was taken place back in July of 2019 when COVID-19 was outbreaking. It was a long-distance move to Chicago, IL and we had issues with delivery because of a lack of drivers. There were a lot of drivers and movers in quarantine at that time and the reason we were late to this customer was that there were no trucks going to Chicago, IL. The customer forgot to mention that she received $150.00 compensation from us for being late and if we knew there was any damage, we would have assisted her with that as well. It is kind of strange that the customer would write this review after 2 years.

Third time we have used Aviv Moving & Storage and they are hands down THE BEST! Everybody from the administration to the conscientious, hard working crew are fantastic. The whole process was seamless and stress-free--what more can I say? Plenty! The crew is fast, timely and professional. And as always, they took such care with the furniture and fragile items. I have moved many times over the years sometimes involving storage units--this company is the only one who expertly packs and unpacks a storage unit. Usually there is some item that gets broken or damaged--not with AVIV! This past move involved transferring my 90 yr old mother to another assisted living facility out of state. As usual--they were wonderful. If this review inspires you to use their services--please tip the crew well!!!

Aviv Moving and Storage provided excellent service for our move. They arrived during the earlier part of the time window they provided. They were also efficient and managed our belongings with care during the packing and unpacking process. Highly recommend.
