Southern Lawn Care

They intentionally tried to steal money from me on work that should have been done with notice. Terrible company and customer service. My neighbor warned me about this business and I did not listen. Lesson learned.

I had a service scheduled for today, May 20th, with Jimmy. Was notified that he was on his way around 11am, and waited until about 3pm to ask if he was still coming by. No response was given whatsoever. Then I felt inclined to check my ring and sure enough he was actually at my house at 11:20ish, scoping out my lawn and backyard. Mind you I was at home the entire time and had no idea he’d even arrived. Anyways, he straight up left and didn’t have the decency to let me know. Im sure they do good work. I would have understood if it was too much to do today, but at least let me know. It felt very unprofessional to ghost me like that.

Southern Lawn Care is THE BEST! After moving into my house in 2019, I noticed that both of my next door neighbors are customers of theirs. I signed up for regular lawn mowing as well and quickly realized that my neighbors are wise! Over the years I’ve met many members of their crew. All have been so meticulous and thoughtful. It’s no surprise that they are approaching total domination on my street! BTW, in spite of their name, they do more than lawn care. They’ve also helped me with brush removal and tree pruning on multiple occasions. Just today, their crew trimmed back my huge ash tree whose branches protruded 10 or 12 feet over the street. They were not only lightning fast, but took great care to clean up every last leaf and twig on the ground. I have so much appreciation for these guys and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

The 2 guys were sent to do a big clear our in my backyard. Arrived quietly on a Saturday and got to work. Every so often they wd ck in with me to see their progress and confirm the work was being done well. I'm booking them to do my tree next. I've known and used southern law for many years now.

our inaugural service was nothing short of amazing. it started with a call letting us know we were first on the list, (meaning it was like 8am when they came) and ended with my. wife and I continually saying, “what, they aren’t done?” and “how clean is clean to these guys”. super impressed not only with the service, but the value and the professionalism of the crew!

I’ve used many a lawn care service in my day and I have to say, Southern Lawn Care is the absolute BEST. I’ll no longer look elsewhere, these are people I want tending to my lawn. It’s never difficult scheduling a service like it is at so many other places and the work ethic and care the mowers exhibit with my lawn is second to none as everyone at Southern Lawn Care goes above and beyond.

My experience with Southern Lawn Care has been extremely disappointing. Not only have all my solar lamps on the lawn been damaged, but their lawn care services have consistently fallen short of expectations. Despite being promised bi-weekly maintenance for both front and backyards, they often only show up every four weeks, neglecting the backyard entirely. When I voiced my concerns to them, they insisted that they spend an hour on my lawn every two weeks. Despite reaching out multiple times with additional concerns, Southern Lawn Care never answered my calls and instead continued to send auto payment bills. As a result, my lawn looks worse than before. I strongly advise against recommending their services.

They did an excellent job, completed everything promised and timely.

Great work, customer service, and very timely responses. Brett and Darren* (i'm bad with names) came out next day with a very fair estimate. They started early the next day on grass, edging, significant weed removal, and trimmed some yucca plants that were absolutely out of control. Top notch.
