Best contractor ever! ADU GARAGE CONVERSION if i could i would go beyond 5 stars! we interviewed 20 contractors for an adu conversion, Jacob the owner of Atlas Builders & Development Inc, was the only contractor that was clear and concise & extremely knowledgeable - everything they put in scope of work & estimate was true to their word. The workmanship, professionalism and knowledge base was beyond what we expected. Jacob would always respond to any text or calls quickly. the best customer service & he made suggestions and recommendations that helped us make correct decisions! The very best!!!!!! And we are more than pleased with the end result!!!!!

Jacob was a great guy that quoted me a fair price despite the market being as crazy as it is. He was always responsive when I needed something and made the remodel process smooth. Jacob remodeled my kitchen, flooring, and tore down a wall separating two living rooms. It took about a couple months for everything to be completed. The workers he had were professional and were great at doing what they do.

We used Attlas, Inc for our home renovation, specifically a kitchen remodel and are very grateful and happy on how the final product turned out. In the initial stages, a lot of ideas were bounced back and forth and Jacob was willing to collaborate in order to get to where it needed to be. The speed of how everything came together from the initial demo, to choosing aspects of the kitchen along the way to the final product was very fast which was awesome because it's hard to be without a kitchen for too long. The workers were very nice, efficient and knew their respective crafts so didn't feel like we had to monitor them too much. Any potential issues were worked out fast and the project moved along quickly and efficiently. Love our new kitchen and everything was worth it! We definitely will keep them in mind for future projects because their guidance was very helpful during the kitchen renovation and it would be great for other projects in and around the home.
