The people who sold the job were out of touch and uninformed about the project as it was underway. I had to closely monitor and get them to do all the steps in the project. They installed insulation over the crawl space vents, blocking the air flow. I cut away the insulation from the vents myself because I was fed up with dealing with the owner.

Awesome!! There was a mistake in their quote and they had overlooked an item and I expressed concern about unforeseen or extra costs after the work had begun. I do understand it happens sometimes so they were willing to split the cost or complete the work with no additional charge on another matter. The owner of the company stayed engaged till the work was done to my satisfaction. They left the work site and all traffic areas thoroughly cleaned. If I had to do it again I’d hire them all over. Very professional and pays attention to the customer’s needs and concerns. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
