Alley cat has completed the 1st phase of their contract. This included cleaning, disinfecting, patching holes and laying traps. I was impressed at the thorough job. They have promised to come back in several weeks to check the traps and crawl space for signs of anymore infestation, and to continue to come back until there are no rats caught in the traps.

We had what I was sure was a moose move in with us- it sounded big. Alley Cat quickly found the burrow the moose had dug, filled it, reinforced it with a wire mesh barrier, and reinforced the mesh barriers they'd earlier placed around our home (which were intact). (They also assured us it was a rat, but I'm sticking to my moose story.) Alley Cat is great with scheduling, they're great with communication, they show up on time when they say they'll be there, they know what they're doing (moose or rat, it's gone), their prices are fair and their customer service is excellent.

Huge shoutout to Alley Cat and all their work they did for us. Starting up, Lee our inspector, was amazing. He was very knowledgable, and easy to talk to! My girlfriend said she felt comfortable and safe working at home by herself with him present. Lee was very patient and kind answering all my questions leading up to us accepting the quote. When we were scheduled, Williar and his team were responsive, respectful, and wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and explained each piece of work they completed. I highly recommend Alley Cat.
