Mauri, Atira Development Corporation came to give me an estimate for several small projects that I had been procrastinating about for awhile. He was very knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. As a handicapped senior citizen, I am very cautious especially dealing with people. I was hesitant at first but was put at ease. I am very pleased with the work. Very pleasant crew and personable. The end result of the work was not as crisp as it could have been. Some final details were overlooked. The work was done in units of my rental property; not sure I would be as pleasant if this was completed in my personal home.

Maurie and the team worked expeditiously you get the work completed at my condo. The completed some paint and minimal drywall work which turned out to be a great job afterward. Atira is also very honest; I notice Maurie was very transparent about the work he could do well and he did not disappoint!

I needed exterior painting done. I was told the old paint would scrapped off. They painted over the old paint. There was paint on my front screen door. Another area was missed. The vehicles that parked in my driveway left oil spots. I was told they don;t know know when they are coming back to fix.
