Don has come with his crew for the first two weeks. There is lots of catch-up to do, which they will take care of each time they come to cut the grass. Until they are caught up with the trimming, etc. At this time we are satisfied with the work. I need to give them some time to find out how well they will do. I eventually had to fire them. They were good in the beginning but as time went on the did not do the work properly. Don had put another company in charge of our lawn. I paid the new company directly. Don got so angry that I didn't pay him directly. I don't want to go into this because it is over a year that this happened. Just be carful when hiring this company. Don has an attitude problem.

Don saw many things to improve my lawn and garden plants. I really like the way his people define my garden areas.

Don came to assess the situation, spent time walking around the yard, made suggestions and pointed out a diseased tree that I had. On the first scheduled maintenance appointment, Don was there to introduce me to his manager in charge and to show them the specifics of the job. So far, so good!
