Paul is very knowledgable about swimming pools, but what we love most about him is his responsiveness and timeliness. When we call, he makes us a priority.

Paul taught me about my pool that was new to us when we recently purchased our new home. He had been part of the original build for the previous owner and came to give me Pool School lessons. He brought labels and lingered with me teaching manual and app usage as well as winterizing information. He anticipated the broken valve after troubleshooting on the phone and arrived with the perfect part. I hope to always have Paul helping us!
