Alex came out same day and rewired our proprietary HVAC system so we could use a smart thermostat instead of the old one our house came with. We didnâ t realize we bought a defective thermostat though, so he couldnâ t complete the job. He was able to prove that our system was working by connecting the power to heating or cooling without a thermostat being in place and showing us that it forced air. He felt bad the job was unfinished and told my husband he wouldnâ t be able to sleep if he thought we didnâ t have heat. I went out and exchanged the thermostat that night and connected it as he had originally wired, and it worked perfectly. I texted him so he would know it was working and he didnâ t leave us without heat and he responded almost immediately, even though it was late. Alex is a very responsive contractor that knows what heâ s doing and charges reasonable rates. 10/10 would hire again!

tech was prompt -contact was made with in 1 hour of post late on a friday and appointment made for saturday morning. service not complete in 1 call. due to parts not avalible on weekend but was fixed early Monday morning. very happy. will use/recommend their service. tech very friendly and knowlege able.
