Jose and his team did an amazing job installing floors in our home. We used four different materials: engineered hardwood, travertine, and two different types of marble. The crew did the whole house without any transitions, and it turned out perfect. We get tons of compliments from our friends and family. A few months later, they installed marble and limestone on our TV/fireplace wall, and again, it turned out fantastic, which was no easy feat. We didnâ t want Schluter transitions, and the guys pulled it off by making several tough 45-degree cuts to make the two materials look like they were made to fit together. So thatâ s what we have to say about their design and workmanship, but the crewâ s temperament and attitude were great as well. They are polite, respectful, and flexible. We canâ t endorse these guys enough, and they will be our â go-toâ company for any future work we do in our home or business.

Jose and his crew were complete professionals from beginning to end. Jose was quick to provide a quote for his services, came out to the house to measure and make sure he gave us the right square footage of material we would need. They cleaned up throughout the day to make for and easy cleanup at the end of each day. Jose and his crew went above and beyond from moving furniture and doors to putting it all back once the project was done. This was my first home improvement project and I got quotes from a few places. I got a phone call from Jose about 30 minutes after matching with Artistic Tile Works and got my free quote. When I met him at my quote I noticed he was dressed professional and well put together and then I noticed him put booties on his shoes. The second I saw that as well as how he interacted with me as if we knew each other for years is what ultimately led to me choosing his company. The communication was amazing. He informed me every step of the way from what products he was using to how he and his was going to using them. He informed me of a few issues with my subfloor and fixed them right away. He let me know what step they were on and what was on the agenda for the next day. It did take some time because all furniture was still in the home and they moved everything. So nautically they did as much as they could then moved furniture to the parts that were done. In retrospect, I should have gotten a pod and moved everything in so it was easier for them but they did accommodated this and finished the job. All in all I was more than happy with the outcome and I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Jose and his team for any tile needs!

They did a good job putting our kitchen backsplash. The tiles have a pattern and they were able to match it. The were clean as they go as well. I recommend Jose and his team.

Artistic Tile Works was wonderful! Provided an in-person visit followed by a quote and had me booked in for the job quickly. They were clean and organized. Jose, and his team, came to the rescue to a remodeling job and my previous contractor left the project undone.....I had the tile and supplies. And in 2 days they were able to tile and put the stones down on the shower floor...I totally recommend this company

Jose Leiva of Artistic Tile Works is hands down, the best vendor I've worked with in Nevada. Always professional from start to finish. I asked for a quote for tile in my kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and fireplace from him and another company on the same day. Both told me I would receive a quote on Saturday, the 25th. I STILL haven't heard from the other company and after the way my tile looks, I'm glad I haven't heard from them! LOL! I've been posting the progress of my renovation on Facebook and my friends and family are very impressed by the tile work. I was so excited at how nice it was turning out, that I gave Artistic Tile Works a shameless plug and endorsement on my Facebook page. I'm absolutely obsessed with my floors and my fireplace now! Thank you, Jose! You and your crew did an awesome job! Always arrived on time, protected my floors with a canvas covering and took care of any unexpected issues as they came up. Like I said before, very professional! He even had a person come in and clean the excess dust caused by the demolition of the old tile. (I've never seen that happen before.) Unlike some other vendors, Jose really cares about the work he and his crew are doing and about his clients. (Yes, I'm eating!) LOL! ð I'm so glad I selected his company for this job.
