did everything he said he would. On time and finished in time. Followed up with some misses. I hired the man to paint my house in a few weeks!

This is my first time leaving a bad review we are disappointed to say the least. We just moved into our first home in May 2023 & had a pipe burst in our garage in January 2024. Carl came out & gave us a quote for drywall repair, painting, extending a gasline pipe for a gas heater, outlets & trim. At first Carl was very punctual, efficient and respectful. However by the second week things took a turn. He planned to install the gas heater on a Tuesday I informed him it would not be in stock til that Saturday. He asked to be paid before the job was complete proceeded to tell me he needed it for other jobs which I thought was unprofessional. Not to mention we paid him a deposit for materials. He came that Friday and we gave him a check for the full amount that morning under the impression he would be here that Saturday to install the heater. He left that day without doing a walkthrough with me. Then told me he would be back Monday afternoon. We looked around & noticed SO many issues. MAJOR paint mess ups, paint & drywall all over our freshly epoxied floors, ceiling looks horrible, paint all over the new trim, loose outlets, we could go on. My husband texted him that Saturday that he wanted to address some things with him and Carl did not reply. I asked him Monday morning what time he planned to be there; he said afternoon. We had changed our whole day around to accommodate him being there at noon. It was not until 4pm he said he could not make it and he will â try a to be there tomorrow. Not to mention he directed us to get the wrong heater that we now have to reassemble the box & haul back to the store. We fired him that night & did not hear back for several days. After so much drama stress we now have to hire someone to fix his mistakes.

Carl did a fantastic job on my living room ceiling. I would definitely hire again.
