The brothers were very helpful and everything went smoothly. We hired them for a bathroom remodeling and it turned out beautiful. They were very responsible and finished the work in no time . Very happy with the experience and will hire them in the future .

Artist Flooring & Showers did a great job replacing and installing my new shower glass and shower head. It was done very quick, in less than a week, and fair priced. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this company

The subcontractor was excellent. The contractor overcharged and then did not pay the subcontractor for his work. This is unethical. They asked for a large deposit to get materials (grout) and then asked if we had gotten the grout when they called. They also asked to be paid in full before the project was finished. All the contractor did was hire the subcontractor and come and pick up checks.

The worse renovation experience. Artist Flooring and Showers initially made a good impression that they quickly lost. And it was just 550 sq feet tiles installation in our 1 bedroom condo. 1.Timing and service: They promised and signed the contract for 5 days, Monday-Friday, our condominium rules do not allow renovations during the weekends. They left on the 10th day leaving dusty and dirty with splashes and many drops of the adhesive glue under the dirt . We contacted Ari the manager and he promised to send people but nobody showed. After he was paid he ignored us. We sent him a message that we were very disappointed and it would be in our review. It took us a week to clean the tiles. During the cleaning we found a lot of damaged tile corners and edges. We ordered kit to repair them by ourselves. The floor is not truly level. There are raised edges from 1/32 to 1/8th inch that trip us and make it hard to move furniture around. 2. Price: It cost us much more money than we anticipated as we stayed in a hotel for double the time we planned to and we had to take unpaid time off from our jobs. Also we bought 30 additional tiles, 120 sq ft, to replace some of the tiles that had to be removed due to bad color match or damages during the installation. We paid them additional money for marble tiles installation costs. We had to tell them every day not to install tiles with large black streaks in the marble and to match the colors. They did not do it and left several areas that look ugly. 3. Artist Flooring and Showers workers dumped their trash in another builder's dumpster in our neighborhood after stating they were taking it to the city dump. The trash had boxes from the store with our name, address and phone number on the label and we received threatening calls and messages with demands to remove the trash. They also threatened to call the police and file a complaint. 4. In the end we were going to withhold the some of the remaining balance until everything was done and checked by us as per the agreement that we signed with Artist Flooring and Showers. However, Ari stated that if we donâ t pay him immediately, he would charge us extra for coming to collect the remaining balance! We feel disappointed and humiliated by the way we were treated by this company and we are sorry for choosing Artist Flooring and Showers to install our flooring.
