The sales team was very knowledgeable and made some suggestions that I did not think of. The crew was very friendly and kept the area clean. Showed up when they said they would and finished the project in a timely manner. Final project turned out great!

Adding in a bathroom. Called around in April. All companies were saying October. Arrow said they could get started right away, and it would only take 2 weeks. They were a little more expensive but I couldnâ  t pass up the faster projection. I lost count of how many times someone was scheduled to show up and didnâ  t. Or was there for 30 minutes then left. Itâ  s now the end of October and Iâ  m waiting on the last piece to be delivered and installed. They also kept finding things that needed to be added on that werenâ  t originally noticed when contracting the job. Unfortunately, we had already started and had no choice but to add them on. During all these no shows, no one called me. I work overnights and would stay up to meet the workers, no one shows. I leave messages , call, etc. no answers. Go to bed. Get woke up a few hours later being called with some excuse. Go back to bed. Get woke up again rescheduling. Go back to bed. 4 months of sleep deprivation takes a toll. Now that theyâ  re â  finishedâ  I look around and see things like the wall cut out to insert the vanity mirror. Apparently thereâ  s a stud there so they just put the cutout back up. Didnâ  t bother caulking the cuts or anything. The floor molding with huge gaps at the corners. Didnâ  t clean up after sanding the walls, so as I get ready to paint Iâ  m having to clean first, and am getting spackle dust everywhere.

Called Arrow Renovations to get a quote on facia and soffit repair/replacement and I am beyond thankful for contacting them. Charlie came out to take a look and has been nothing but helpful. He actually noticed that my roof has quite a bit of storm damage and has walked me through the claim process, step by step!!! And now I am getting a new roof! Thank you Arrow!!!

Arrow Renovation just completed a shower conversion and flooring in our bathroom. They did an excellent job from the sales people to the project manager to Walter's crew who did the install. Everyone was kind curtious and professional. Also everyone in the office for answering questions and being so polite. I would definitely recommend this company for any home remodel.

DO NOT LET ARROW RENOVATION DO YOUR SIDING! I had Arrow Renovation replace my gutters, roof, windows and siding. I was satisfied with the job they did on the roof, windows and gutters. This review is only limited to the job they did on my siding and their behavior regarding the siding job. Arrow sent a team to replace the siding on my house in late January 2022. I was not always in town and the Arrow Renovation workers were using my garage to store their tools while they were working on my house so I put a security camera in my garage to protect both their stuff and my stuff. The project manager Mike Peace was aware the camera was there as well as the workers working on the siding at my house. February 1st, my security camera went offline but when I arrived home I noticed it had been unplugged. I immediately sent the project manager an email informing him that I believed his workers unplugged my security camera in the garage. At that time I couldn't look at the video footage because snow was coming and I had to run errands before the snow so I took the microSD out of the camera with me. Upon reviewing the video footage later that night, it showed one of the workers entering the garage and walking straight up to the security camera and that is when the video ends. I sent the last still picture to the project manager, Mike Peace, who was all apologies. Mike assured me the worker had been dismissed and would not work on any further jobs for Arrow Renovation. He wrote that the worker had been dismissed...that is literally a promise he made to me that this worker had been fired from the job and would not work on anymore jobs for Arrow Renovations. Fast forward to 2 weeks later when they are trying to tell me it is their last day and the project is complete (even though I had things they still needed to address). Mike Peace is taking photos and uploading them to the website to show what a good job they did (but the photos are not up close and omit the areas that need more attention like under the soffit and the siding boards that are pulling away from the house). In those pictures I notice that the worker from the February 1st incident that had unplugged my camera was in my yard raking, the same worker Mike Peace, the project manager, has wrote in an email had been fired and they would not be using him on any other jobs but there he was 2 weeks later at my house. It was the same guy wearing the same jacket he wore when he unplugged my camera 2 weeks earlier. I also had more proof it was the same guy because when I pulled the video footage from the camera, when the worker goes to get my rake off the garage wall he looks straight at the camera and shoots a peace sign at it. So Mike Peace, the project manager on the siding job had straight up lied to me about the worker being fired. That is a huge red flag. Honor to me is everything and when you give someone your word you stick by it. Mike Peace lied to me and he is a project manager for Arrow Renovations. As mentioned, beyond being lied to, I also brought up that under the soffit they had shot nails that went straight through and did not connect with the wood. They also did a really bad job painting under the soffit as I can see the stamps on the plywood through the watered down paint they used. And as mentioned before, there were two planks of siding that are curling away from the walls, so basically loose on the ends. In my opinion, I would recommend you NOT use Arrow Renovations for any services. Even though I had no problems with the other work they did for me, their behavior in regards to the siding work and the security incident and their behavior after they got their money just shows to me they cannot be trusted. Mike Peace, the project manager straight up lied and Brandon Fredericksen, the general manager, threatened me if I posted reviews.

The process was so easy! I needed a smaller job to install a half bath in our basement. It requires foundation work, plumbing, electrical, and drywall. From the initial consult with John where he took the time to listen to what we needed and explain options to the project itself, everything was very smooth! Dalton managed the project very well. He showed up day 1 to check in and get the work started. He also made sure to check on progress and ensure the team was on track. The team did a great job and worked late to wrap up quickly. The communication and attention that Dalton provided was excellent. Jason did the final walkthrough and was so positive and informative! He went over all of the details to wrap up the project. Overall-great experience and I will use them again in the future!

Rich was prompt, professional and very personable. He is very knowledgeable and I cannot say enough about how great the crew did on our project. The cleanup was great and the work was done very quickly. 10/10 would highly recommend.
