Hired Marvin and his crew to replace 5 large and odd sized windows in my house. He removed the old windows that were mortared into the brick walls of my home with little to almost zero debris collecting in my home. Installed the new Windows and sealed them really well. The windows look amazing and am very happy with the work. Good communication on the project progress also. Will definitely be hiring him again to handle other repairs I need done around my home.

He claimed he was ? a licensed plumber and could do it all except any electricians work? that he ?didn?t have a license for that?. Well, he really needed the work and was very persistent and so I went against my gut feelings and gave the project to him. Mind you, I already had it scheduled with someone I?d used before, but I was trying to help him. He said he had 2.5 hrs remaining on another project, but that he?d be at the job-site the next day after he completed same. He showed up for a couple of hours here and there late at night, but after 3 days we were finished with his lies. He held up my drywall contractors too. Please see photos! What an abysmal product and experience. He has every excuse in the book and breached the contract in several ways. He then refused to correct his disgraceful work. After doing some research I found out that he is NOT a licensed plumber at all. Thusly, I had to let him go. I?ll be filing a report with the Board of Contractors next.

Marvin and his crew removed and hauled off the old wood fence then installed an attractive 8 ft tall wood fence at a business location.
