Wanted to charge more than the estimate and hourly rate I was given, but had it in writing in an email. Were not experienced with putting screens back on windows. Needed supervision.

Steve Armour and his crew arrived right on time - very much appreciated. Introduced us to his crew whereafter they got to work immediately. They did a very good job on most everything. On a couple of things, Steve stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of. We look forward to their return visit in March.

they didn't remove things to dust. they dusted around them I could have done that with a swifter. They didn't clean the base of the toilets or behind the toilets. They didn't do the top of the refrigerator. I was told they would do the baseboards. They did some of them. I am a senior citiizen with a bad back which is why I hired them to these things. My kitchen floor was not done well it was still dirty. In my bedroom the tv and the stand were not touched, the window sills in the bathroom were not done. I was told by Steve that this was the best crew he had I would hate to see4 what the others were like. I would not recommend them.
