Reviews
Write a ReviewSuper fast. Super friendly. Went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND to have as little impact as possible. Plus, the way they went to bat for me with the insurance company was super helpful. Can easily recommend this business.
OMGosh! Paul and his gang are absolutely wonderful! He, Oscar, and Armando (and crew) are professional, patient and helpful! My husband and I have felt overwhelmed and stressed with our recent water damage to our home and Arizona Restoration Pros swooped in, and have been guiding us through this harrowing experience! They are also up front and honest... hire them TODAY!!;
Buyer Beware: We recently had a very unpleasant and costly experience with Arizona Restoration Pros, LLC. Paul Redman, Owner, holds himself out to be a restoration specialist but our experience is that they are a demolition and haul away outfit at best. AZ Restoration Pros destroyed our kitchen with exceedingly sub-par craftsmanship due to the lack of craftsmen for each trade involved. We have had to pay thousands of dollars to another company to put our kitchen back as it was before Mr. Redman arrived on the scene. I encourage you to investigate this company thoroughly before using them for anything other than demolition and haul away services. My advice: DO NOT advance them money
Dear Marg, We make mistakes. Still, in your case, we've yet to understand what we've done to dissatisfy you. The ROC, Attorney General, or any other source you've complained to has not been able to confirm what exactly your complaint is, or any wrongdoing on our part. If you could present a problem that could be solved, we would do it for you. But you have yet to do that.
All of the mold was not removed- I had to hire another professional to finish the job. No follow through from the sub contractors they recommended. Overpriced and sloppy work was done. Ended up costing me double the money and inconvenience. I would stay away from this company at all costs. ML
The mold removal was done with speed and excellent customer service. They did borrow a few tools from me like a screwdriver to remove a bookshelf that was in the way. My issues came after the removal was complete and it was time to patch the wall back up. This was a separate bid and project to them and was done extremely poorly. They painted a room, patched the wall with texture and attempted to install the vanity. The gentleman that had removed the vanity did not have the correct parts to repair the plumbing, though he was the one that removed it and threw out the missing parts. After contacting the owner and telling them that I was not satisfied with the work, he said he would have another of his employees come out to work on the project. I had one other person come out for a consultation 2 weeks later and then no one else showed up to do the job. In contacting the owner he said that the second crew he was going to send out ended up on jury duty, but that the gentleman that had come out was not responding to them and that he had no one else to finish the job. He then sent me a bill for the entire amount, even though the job was not complete. I eventually got the bill reduced but that took more time and we ended up having our bathroom in an incomplete state for almost a month before hiring a seperate company to complete the job. The waiting and lack of professionalism was the most frustrating part. If you need mold remediation then AZ Restorations is not a bad option, but I would not recommend that you hire them to do anything but the most basic rebuild (no painting, plumbing, or significant drywall repair especially including texture).
I would like to express my thanks to Paul Redman and his team from Arizona Restoration Pros for the wonderful restoration of our Saltillo tile floors. From the initial bid to the final sealing coat, Restoration Pros were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Our tile floor was sorely in need of help, especially in the kitchen, with broken and dirty grout. The team of Coleman and Alexis, stripped the tile where needed, steam cleaned the rest and repaired and matched the existing grout. Finally putting three coats of sealer on the tile and grout with instructions on how to maintain our Saltillo tile floor for the future.
Great folks to work with. I will definitely use them again.
Thank you so much Jemma it was a pleasure working for you.
