Zero communication, no one was in charge. The quality was overall ok but if I knew they were just hiring subcontractors who didn't know how to communicate with the client, I would have hired directly instead.

We appreciate your feedback, while I understand your frustration - There is someone in charge on everyjob, a Crew mgr and we do not sub out our work, All of our crews have been with us for over 10+ years at least. The floors were in seriously damaged condition and we went above and beyond to fix them and buff them extra to bring you a beautiful finished product. I even sent someone immediately out to add baseshoe to the room where you wanted to add it the next day and offered a discount at cost on the baseshoe product for your trouble. We always try to make customers 100% happy, we apologize for the communication issue.

They showed up when they said they would. They picked up the material from Home Depot . They took it up to the 6th floor and laid it. The floor looks beautiful . It was all cleaned up. Ariel Builders are very professional. Great job!
