I had four bathrooms redone, everything from simple wallpapering in one of them to a complete overhaul of two of them. The entire process was conducted professionally. The quality of the work has been solid. The builder was attentive to issues warranting my attention to ask for my input and preferences. If I wasn't at home, he sent me photos and videos to speed up the process. Explanations were clear and presented objectively, making it easy to reach decisions, including about whether to add tasks. He answered my concerns and questions as they arose directly and informatively. Carpets were all protected and areas outside of the work zone were isolated every day behind plastic; every night, except where tools and material were being stored, everything was clean. I was always kept posted about the workers' comings and goings and about the strategies for getting work done several days out. They worked a full days every day. On the few occasions when they were going to be late because of traffic or stops at the store or the dump, they let me know in advance, and I had no concerns about full days not being worked. An example of pride in workmanship, desire to do things right, and pure creativity: I'd been given a particularly tight wallpaper design by my designer that I love but which turned out to be a challenge to match up on walls where the corners weren't square. It was tricky, but he solicited my input and incorporated a couple of my own ideas before working painstakingly to work it out. In the end, the result is simply stunning.

We met at the outset and planned for the numerous projects that needed to be completed in upgrading my home. Arellano assessed the work, presented me with options, answered my concerns and then performed the tasks seamlessly. Thei Arellano team was professional, courteous and showed the utmost respect for my property. One of my several tasks entailed strategizing on the placement of a large tv mount in a small space. Whereas I thought it was impossible, Arellano took time to measure and determined the best fit. Beto and Stephanieâ s quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were very conscientious and paid attention to every detail. When he came to review the work to be done, he pointed out some concerns that we might want to consider. The estimate was very reasonable. We talked about all changes to the original work order before approval. That is, repair dry wall and paint around laundry closet doors, install laundry door threshold as the largest add-ons. They provided detailed invoices for original work and add-ons. They were very easy to work with! They were consistently on time, kept us informed of possible issues, and took trash out every day., even as they finished each project. Loved that we got a womanâ s â touch.â Will definitely be using them for future projects.
