Our home was freezing , HVAC was not working. They were punctual with their appointment. Serg diagnosed the issue fast , fixed it & ; voila we have heat back on. I cannot believe it!! I was getting absurd quotes from different companies just to come & diagnose the problem . I tell you these guys are VERY honest & reliable. I'm here writing this review as a happy customer who just received the best of service to let you know- try them once-- you will not be disappointed. The guy who fixed for us was Serg ask for him. I wish Arctic heat all the best for their future endeavors and God keep giving more business to honest reliable people like them. Me & my husband found their prices extremely fair & worthy for the service they provide. Im their customer for life now !!

After my furnace quit working I send a service request through Home Advisor. Surge from Arctic Heat called me just in a few mins. He replaced my old furnace and I got the heat in the house again. Great job they did! Love you guys! TJ

Serge from Arctic Heat saved the day! My thermostat quit working right in the middle of the December snowstorm. I submitted a work request through Angi (formerly Angieâ s List) and he called promptly. Since it was late in the day, he offered to squeeze me in right away if it was an emergency, but I said I was fine waiting until the next day. Today was even snowier, and I was afraid he would have to cancel, yet Serge called and said he could come even earlier than our arranged time. He fixed the problem quickly and now I have heat again. Iâ m a happy customer!

Serg was prompt and very professional. He had the part which broke and was able to fix the issue. He was patient and stayed longer to confirm that the fixes is working fine.

They are very nice and very professional. They came over to find the issue right away. They replace the heater without any issues and very fast. I would recommend them to any one that have AC or heater problems.

Serge (owner of Arctic Heat) helped us diagnose the problem with our old furnace and provided us a few options to move forward. Before that he also tried helping me with a quick fix over video call (free of charge), but because there were major problems with Furnace we ended up replacing the entire unit Serge arranged the new unit on the same day and worked through the evening with his crew to get it going. This was the night before winter storm kicked in - so saved us some chilly nights. He provided me a very competitive price. Also provided me 3 years of Labor warranty. He and his crew is polite & nice to talk! Overall pretty satisfied with the service.

Serge did the repair on time and on budget. He also thoroughly inspected the heat, exchanger and verified that there were no cracks or leaks. He was pleasant to deal with, and answered my questions completely.
