It would be great if there was a human to speak with, but you have to leave a voicemail at the office and the cell number and wait for a return call which doesn't happened for a day or two. They need a quicker response method.

Brian was very accommodating to my schedule. He is very smart, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did an excellent job of trouble shooting and helped me navigate some issues with PG&E which I would have had trouble with on my own. Would definitely make him my first call next time.

I think I overpaid, It was just about $4000.00 To find what was wrong, blinking lights that went off totally at times. It turns out it was the PG&E line to the house. I could have saved my $3727.61 If the PG&E would have been out to fix the line. I think they , Archbold Electric, Inc should have told me to call the PG&E before they did the work that probably wasn't needed.

Barbara, The majority of your bill was for repairing damaged electric panel in basement. You agreed to the work in writing and I also helped you with resolving the PGE problem. I will call you to see if there is anything I can do to keep your faith in our company.
