There was a mix up in communication with scheduling with Home Advisor and this company. Home Advisory scheduled a time on the date between 1&3 pm. I called Arch Air the day before to confirm the appointment. They advised me that no service appoints made with them. They did tell me that they could respond the next day, however it would be an â After Hoursâ call that cost more. I scheduled with them because it needed to be fixed. I called Home Advisor and informed them what the company said. Home Advisor told me that it was still scheduled for the time slot they previously gave me. Arch Air did respond after hours the next day and fixed the problem. They were very nice and friendly. When they were done the tech called me and described what he had done. The only thing is that I asked for them to provide me with a quote to replace the furnace, however they have not got back to me as of this writing. That was about 3-4 weeks ago.

Our Son's old boiler finally failed to be repairable. Arch Air was able to install a new "heat kit" in newer inside ducting from the outside air handler. Work was quick, reasonable and worked flawlessly. They anticipated everything ahead of time - no "surprises" on site. I thought they did a very good job. From the initial sales call to the two men who came out and actually installed my new HVAC system, they were professional and courteous.
