    Gary was great! He told us he had 35. Years in the business, and by the efficiency of his work, I believe that wholeheartedly. The level of customer service was among the best I've ever experienced on ANY home service job; he got out to us in 2 days from our first contact, had the problem diagnosed within 1/2 hour, got the part and came out to replace it a day earlier than promised! My wife and I had some logistical problems being there when he returned ( it was a day earlier than we expected) he completed the repairs, left us an invoice which we paid him the next day. HE also offered to leave a small space heater with us while the part was ordered, since it was.near.the freezing point outside and the tub was filled.but inoperable...5 stars is not enough for these guys!
