    They handled our Mold remediation came in and did a special process and sealed the crawl space to prevent the mold from recurring. They lined the floor with a heavy thick plastic to prevent the mold from happening again. Showed up when they said they would and no hidden cost exactly what we were quoted.

    Easy to work with we had a crack in our foundation and was causing issues and had some mold. But they treated us us right and right after they fixed this we had 2 inches of rain and not 1 drop in the basement. Did outstanding job.

    They are prompt, reasonable, clean, communicate well, and they do a great job! I love how, when they finish a job, you cannot tell they had even been there!

    They were terrible. Avoid at all costs. Breached contract, lied about breaches. Will need to hire plumbers, electricians, radon mitigation company, and basement water proofing company to fix all the issues they left. Also have to clean up after them. Ultimately they were destructive to the property and did not perform per the contract. They are also dangerous to the property owner with threats and retaliation for pointing out issues in their work.

    The company provided a quote to install a basement window that had been blocked off from the interior with drywall from the previous homeowner's installation of a chimney that 20 years later had to be removed. The man that provided the bid, verbally stated that they would provide the interior framing. When they arrived, the workers stated that they do not do interior finish framing. I called the office and they said it wasn't stated on the contract and they do not do finish framing. I stated that it was implied. After all, in an above ground window installation in any other part of your home, the contractor would include finishing out the interior framing. Then, when the work was completed, the window they used was not ordered to the size of the window specs and they had to make it fit, so they cemented in a smaller window. I am disgusted with their product, workmanship and dishonesty. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Mrs. Tina Customer Service is our highest priority and I would like to reach out and express my apologies for your frustration. In your review, you mention that the inspector verbally stated interior framing would be completed, but on your signed contract, it states clearly service to be completed: "remove existing drywall to expose the preexisting basement window and replace with new basement window, cost $575. Both of these services were completed on 10/4/19. During our conversation, you mentioned your lack of knowledge in regard to construction, so it was assumed we would finish out the window. Unfortunately, in most finished basements, windows are framed in during the drywalling process, not during window installation, which occurs during the construction period. The same occurs for basic home windows...when above grade windows are replaced the trim is preexisting, for which would have occurred during the drywalling period. Unless a larger window is installed there would be no need for new trim. As perviously discussed, I referred back to your signed contract and you acknowledged trimming was not included on this document. I expressed that my crew does not have the finishing capabilities, but would be more than happy to forward you a contact information for trim finishers.
