4.0 Lynne M. Port Charlotte, FL

Pool is now beautiful. Had difficulty communicating with workers due to language barrier.

1.0 Gerald G. Port Charlotte, FL

My pool heater did not work and was under warranty. Gulf Shores charged me $108 for a service call. The LED said faulty switch. The repair person was here for 8 minutes. All he said as he left was that the last guy did not wire correctly and he left. Not sure what was done, but the hot tub works. Strange company.

    5.0 Michelle G. Bradenton, FL

Of course the prices have increased in comparison to my previous renovation but the work was beautifully done. I especially liked the crew that did the pool preparation, they were neat, happy employees! Everything turned out wonderful. Matt the project leader, and the company kept me informed of each step in the process. That was important to me. There are a lot of companies that are out there, and I give them 5 stars for their work, and communication. Cheaper is not always better. I did not take the least expensive co. I selected them based on the work, materials offered and communication. Very Happy Nurse and Doctor..

They have a one size fits all price which is high. My pool leak according to the technician was small, but the price was the same whether the problem was small or bigger. It could be better with a lower price until the extent of the problem is determined.

4.0 Mark M. Rotonda West, FL

Took longer than expected to get on the scheduled but they competed the job to my expectations. Technician answered all my questions. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if need ever comes up.

    5.0 Michael M. Venice, FL

They are the best pool company ever

1.5 Donna J. North Port, FL

Not a happy customer. Constant issues with communication from their office to the crews. No project management or coordination between all the different crews that came onsite. The paver crew was a bunch of slobs. My husband had to act as the project manager or things would?ve been done improperly. The patio doors were left off for weeks after the paver install which is against the law because the baby gate had not been installed yet. It was just non-stop having to follow up with them to get the entire project completed.
