I hired Aman through HomeAdvisor to fix a leaking ice maker leakage that was back in March and was an easy fix and he charged me $100 and appreciated his service, so when my stove stopped working, I contacted him directly and he he showed up and told me I need a new control panel. I believed him and payed $250 as down payment, as to pay another $250 after he orders the part and install it, but the stove worked again and told him I need to cancel but was surprised he reimbursed me only $80 after going back and forth with him. The thing is he not only ripped me off, the stove has been working just fine for three month now . I think I had some power issues in the house that caused the stove not to be responding maybe. So in nutshell, heâ s being dishonest. I wouldnâ t hire him again ever . I dare him to say non of what I said not true

I appreciate the fact that this company worked steadfastly in contacting me and getting a technician out. They were efficient in that aspect. However, the technician concluded that my refrigerator required a new control board that could cost $500+ through their company. I thanked him for his service and kindly asked for the control board serial number to buy myself. However, his diagnosis of the issue was incorrect. That night, I simply left my freezer door open to melt the ice around the coils behind the freezer wall. That fixed the issue immediately. I paid $80 to get the wrong diagnosis and would have paid more had I not tried amending the issue myself.

We were so lucky to find Aman. He came out the same day--a holiday, even--and didn't charge extra for it. He already had the part needed to get our compressor going again, and now our older refrigerator is good for a few more years! Plus we were able to save most of our food, thanks to his responsiveness. Other companies we contacted were booked up for days or didn't bother to respond.
