April 10th guy came and spent two hours, half on phone pulling apart the dishwasher and told me i needed a new drain hose. After saying he would come back the next day, no response from him after numerous calls. He finally responded Saturday 12 after I left many messages because where he pulled my dishwasher apart a the garage disposal, it was leaking under the sink. He failed to tell me when he left Thursday that I would not be able to use my kitchen sink. He came back a week later after evading many calls and texts with the part and continued to spend many hours attaching the drain hose , over half of the time on the phone with somebody instructing him what to do. After 6 hours of me shutting on and off the circuit breaker at least 25 times for him, he said oh you need a sound board . At that point I realized he had no clue what he was doing also when I saw how long the drain hose was I questioned him about it and he had no idea . At that point I paid him the money $250 because I just wanted him gone. When he came the very first day and gave me an estimate of the cost on a sheet, he asked for half upfront and said he wanted me to pay him with Zelle, which I did and I sent $125 to the email he provided. He proceeded to call me that same day and said he never got the money, and I said I sent it to the email you gave me which I repeated back to him. After calling my bank they said he needed to add the email he gave you to his account so he can get the money. After much back and forth, I had to cancel the Zelle for $20 with my bank because he now wanted the money to go to his cell phone number and not his email. So I told him when I cancel it I would just pay him with a credit card when he came back which I did. When I had a brand new diswasher installed last week, the people who were putting it in asked me why the drain hose was so long and put in the way it is, I explained the repair man had no clue what he was doing .

We have a Kenmore refrigerator that stopped making ice. We found Appliance Guys on Angi's List. After comparing reviews reviews from several repair services, we decided on Appliance Guy's. We received a call back within about 30 minutes. Cass was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. He communicated with us that he would be delayed. Once he arrived, he immediately got to work. He was able to repair the icemaker and was done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend him if you're in need of appliance repair. His prices was very reasonable. I will be using his services again for other repairs in the future.
