Todd came to my house "diagnosed the issue" charge me $675.00 for a part and labor and DISAPPEARED!! It's been a MONTH and nothing has happened. He always says, "yes I'll be there to fix it, but NEVER shows up. I have ask for a REFUND, because at this point I don't want to have any business with them and he keeps telling me that he will process the refund and nothing has happened. I am very disappointed! DO NOT waist your time with them. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY! I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE!

Im sorry you had a bad experience and I forgot to take care of this before I went on vacation but screaming vulgarities and calling the cops over something that could've been dealt with very easily uncalled for I never said one bad word to you and yet you called me every name in the book. I had to send the part back and I had to pay a restocking fee and the service call. I cannot return again. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but you didn't make it any easier by doing what you did.

Terry was so helpful through my whole process of replacing my dishwasher he personally followed up with me several times to see if I needed anything or if things were working well when the job was completed. I am very satisfied with his professionalism!
