Spoke with Apple Plumbing at 930am and they were here by 11am to remove old heaters (2) and install new water heaters in the attic. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Offered on-line payment. Would recommend Apple Plumbing.

Overall good job done installing the water heater in attic and health measures (wearing masks all the time)! one things that i assumed should be in the price was not included, so had to pay $50 extra. I give benefit of doubt because the estimate was given on the phone without looking at the old installation.

Please make sure you tell them in advance to ask you before cutting sheetrock, etc. They cut a hole in the wrong place leaving a hole in a bathroom wall. It was repaired perfectly, but a one day job turned into a 4 day process to patch the error made.

Good work replacing water heater, they did the job taking all the precautions for this Covid-19 situation and doing it fast , technician kindly answer all questions I asked for do maintenance with the new water heater installed.
