Kenny explained everything and was super helpful. Juan came out and did everything quickly with great explanation. A great company to do business with.

I like the fact that he was very fast and cleared my kitchen drain in about 30 minutes. It cost $225 which is about average for a decent plumber.

Although the company was courteous and apologized for the delay of their arrival, I feel I was overcharged. A high estimate for relieving drain clog is around $123.00. I was charged $225, which I feel was exorbitant.

I called in a panic on Saturday morning (today), and he is already done at 1:33. He asked questions before starting so he would not duplicate prior attempts. He used the camera tool to find the problem and let me see. It was pretty cool. He cleared everything he could and said I would need a new toilet. My normal plumber also said that but did not do all the checking out that Juan did. He told me to what extent it is safe to use, and now I've seen with my own eyes that it is not tree roots or some other nightmare. He charged the estimate, and was polite.

Juan was awesome and diagnosed my problem and clear my line fast!!

I made an appointment for this company to take a look at my slow flushing/backed up toilet. Took time off from work to be there while he worked. Was late for the appointment, called me 45 minutes after the appointment time to tell me he was on his way. Would have been a full hour after the appointment time. Told him I would find someone that can keep an appointment. Would not recommend this company, cost me money.

Good work, left a mess

Juan was prompt, very nice and did a good job. He even recaulked around the sink! There was no discussion regarding the agreed upon price.
