Anny Painting painted the trim, gutters, downspouts, and front door on my stucco home in September and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The trim had been painted a dark tudor brown color back in 2010 and was peeling significantly around my home. Byoung Kim, the owner, communicated very well with me throughout the two-day process. They arrived right at 8:00 am both days and were very organized. They scraped and sanded all the trim thoroughly and taped plastic drip sheets on all key places on the siding, roof, and ground. Then they primed the trim, gutters and downspouts, my front door, and the frames of our screens. The windows and doors had to be opened slightly to paint them properly and they helped me seal the cracks with masking tape, paper, etc. to prevent bugs from invading our house. And it worked! They painted the wood trim with Benjamin Moore Aura soft-gloss paint, and the metal gutters and downspouts with Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec DTM (direct to metal) acrylic semi-gloss paint. We used White Dove OC-17 paint on the trim, etc. and Smoldering Red 2007-10 for the front door. They were meticulous about final touch ups, window scraping, etc. The final result was beautiful and I found no drips on the side of the house, driveway, walkways, etc. I highly recommend Anny Painting!

I obtained 4 quotes to paint the exterior of our home. All companies were given the same criteria on which to bid - so apples to apples. We chose to work with Mr Kim and am I happy we did. Mr Kim went out of his way twice to get the correct color paint when it was mixed incorrectly. He brought the error to my attention. Mr Kim and his entire crew are honest, meticulous and go the extra yard. For example, I added a few small projects to the job, and Mr Kim, said â no chargeâ s. Who does that today? I highly recommend Anny Painting and will continue to use them for any future painting project.
