This was the best repair service experience of my life in a half century of home ownership, the last three decades being in my current two story modified Cape Cod which had recently been painted very poorly, had paint spilled over its new roof and some weathered shingles incorrectly replaced before the painter abandoned his over promised job. Despairing of being able to find anyone willing and able to correct his mistakes, I turned online to Angi and left a quote request for cedar shingle siding replacement. Thank goodness Andrey responded!! Three short weeks later and his company corrected all the mistakes and more, His crestivity, expertise and caring craftsmanship transformed a sad exterior into one more beautiful than I ever dreamed possible, done right and professionally from start to finish at a price that was more than fair and more complete and offering more value than any of the other bids received. Andrew and company far exceeded my expectations on every level: courtesy, communication, reliability, attention to detail, honesty, integrity and values. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are simply exceptionally outstanding. In fact, Andrey stood behind his original quote even though the teardown revealed some water and termite damage under one window that required a new sill and added labor and material for which a minimal adjustment charge was made. He absorbed the cost of an additional box of shingles because he underestimated the number of shingles required because of a variation in shingle height that went unnoticed, insisting upon adhering to his original quote.. I am hoping to make up for that shortfall. when his company does a future project.that will involve precision guttering.. I am overjoyed with the facelift he gave my old house, which elevated its rustic charm from plain and homely to simply elegant by the clever use of flashing to add definition and depth to the roofline gable. It has renewed my desire to improve the landscaping and to spend more time outside gardening. Andrey

Iâ m sad to give this review but unfortunately there we three disappointments with his work. He was hired to change one piece of wood siding because it was very splintered and an eye sore. He replaced it with another splintered piece of wood that he had to patch to prevent the splinter from getting worse. When he remounted my light, he forgot to include the gasket and had to come back to fix it. Before he started, I marked with a ribbon and pointed out two sprinkler raisers that were hard to install. But he still broke one. On the bright side. I feel he is experienced and knowledgeable. He stuck to his word and was affordable. He didnâ t resist coming back for the repair and discounted my bill.

Good communication. Kept us updated throughout and provided photos when necessary. Answered all questions. Was focused, diligent, and present. Hard working. Went above and beyond expectation with details and other fixes. Very respectful and trustworthy. We will keep him in our "rolodex" for any future projects.

Andrey was great to work with. The finished product looks wonderful. He and his team even painted some trim that they did not replace because I mistakenly had purchased the wrong color. Would hire again.
