Excellent service. The owner came out as the other technicians were occupied. Gave me a fair quote over text when I sent pictures of the water heater that needed replacing. Was out to my house in 45 minutes with all parts and a new water heater. Explained the he process and the job which I accepted and got the whole job done in 2 hours. Right on target with time quoted. Others quoted me prices ranging from low (would not even cover the cost of the new water heater) to double the price.

He installed it the same day I contacted him, he was reasonably priced and he cleaned up and even took the water heater to the store for me (it was still under warranty). I was very pleased with his service and would hire him again for any of my plumbing projects.

Felix was extremely knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficientantly, and made the entire process of replacing our hot water heater super smooth and easy. I.talked to.Felix and he agreed to meet me at my convenience, which was 2 hours later the same.day. He walked us through everything and explained everything to us. Felix was back the next morning and took.care of everything and left no mess behind. After he was finished he walked me through everything. His experience and quality of work goes unmatched!! He is our new go to for.all of our plumbing needs.

I wouldn't even bother calling anyone else at this point. My first experience with Andes Plumbing was when Felix originally came after hours for an emergency repair and took the time to explain everything and did a clean, expert job without overcharging. I have since had him replace a water heater and sewage ejector pump. Couldn't be happier with Andes Plumbing.
