The technician they sent was very professional and our ant problem was not easy to remedy. It took two visits, but I haven't seen any ants return.

I had a Friday appointment with a 1-5pm window and was unable to get to the property in time to meet the tech, Kevin. He did the outside and offered to come back in the evening at the end of his shift but I was not able to meet him that late. I later contacted customer service to get the inside service rescheduled and worked with Jasmine. We let her know that we needed to expedite the service because we had people scheduled to move in and she went above and beyond coordinating with Kevin to get our service scheduled for first thing Monday morning. I am impressed with their level of customer service.
