I don't like giving bad reviews, and I have avoided writing this for a while. But, I honestly don't know how this service received a 5-star rating. That's precisely why I chose them--because of the high rating. They were the absolute worst service I've ever hired. I have black streaks on virtually every window sill because they used a dirty rag to clean them. My microwave plate looked like it had been cleaned with dirty water. My stove--awful. The top of my armoire was dusty, and they took a rag and just dragged it across--it was ridiculous. My shower...it goes on and on. They were in and out of my house in less than an hour. I got everything ready so all they had to do was come in and deep clean--which is what I PAID for. I'm very disappointed. I had a cleaning service before that was amazing. Three women--2.5 hours. Unfortunately, they went up significantly in price. So, I wanted to try someone else. Again, I chose this service based on ratings. Not always the best idea, obviously.

My wife and I hired Ana and her team a few months ago. We've been very satisfied. They're pleasant, professional and thorough. Highly recommended!
