Very responsive company. Project was to complete the installation of a upstairs wireless access point which been prewired as part of new house construction. Chris scoped it out and Tony got everything connected. The subcontractor who was supposed to have completed this installation was another local company called Onteriors. You may have had a good experience with them, but I did not. Amerisat was responsive and got the work finished!

Do not use this company, find someone else. They came into my house and they did not do the job they were supposed to do, it was money wasted.

The customer called in asking about installing 4 cameras. We explained that we could install the cameras on a time and materials basis. Our technician arrived on time and explained that this was going to be a difficult job but he would try to get it done today. He ran cabling and installed three cameras for this customer. The fourth camera was a very long run so we used some of the existing cabling inside the house. Unfortunately, the wiring was defective. The technician had worked nearly 10 hours at this point and needed to go home. We offered to return the next day to complete the installation but the customer demanded the technician stay. The customer's husband then began arguing about the price that had already been arranged. We offer a large discount but the customer refused to pay. I believe there was a miscommunication between the husband and wife.


Ryan did a great job setting up my TV and amp while instructing us on how to use it. The cost of the entire visit including his hourly rate and his company's fee was a higher than I expected. But, when he left, everything worked well.


Really enjoyed working with them. I had a particularly difficult run that had to go from outside the house up a level and to an interior closet. In the initial visit they thoroughly explored all the possible routes and we settled on one that would be cost effective but still look clean and professional. The quality of the work was top notch and Tony the tech who ran it was very professional and frankly just a nice human being. I would absolutely work with them again.
