I will not comment on the service except to say that I was greatly dissatisfied with what was done and the cost was too much for what was done. I will not advise anyone to use this service. I have always tried to help the DAV by donations but will not use this service again or reccommend it to anyone. I have talked with the representative of the company and explained my dissatisfaction with their service.

I don't think the workers had much training; they went right to work but I didn't feel any cleaner when they finished. They were both very charming and respectful but I wanted scrubbing, moping, etc. which didn't happen. They were on time.

We scheduled the cleaning for 3 hours. The workers were there and done within two. It could have been more complete. Some areas we directed them to clean it didn't look like they touched. The quality was lacking for the amount we spent.

The two man team did an amazing job to de-grease Kitchen cabinets. I explained that I needed all main floor and second floor wall ready for paint on Monday, and they put in 15 hours on a Saturday and Sunday so I was ready. The team lead listened, understood the concept of paint ready, and made it happen.

It was a great experience working everyone at Veterans Cleaning Service. Everyone was professional, respectful, and enjoyable to talk to.

Lovely ladies but they did not understand a "terminal" or quarter move out clean. Drawers were left dusty inside,the ovens were not cleaned, and they did not clean all corners of the floors.

Decent and great in a pinch but a lot of time was spent in their cars or standing around. Haven't received a bill yet and they were an hour late and left an hour early for the amount of time agreed upon. Very kind ladies, just a couple of technical issues.
