This past weekend our home was not cooling off as it should have been. We had been band aiding our 15+ year old unit hoping to squeeze a few more years out of it but it finally met it's maker. Nick came out and let us know that he was trying everything he could to figure out how to get it back up and running, but there really was nothing that could have been done to warrant putting any more $$ into it. We ended up getting a new higher end unit. Nick came out and busted his humps today installing everything. The back of the house always seemed to be hotter than the main living areas, however, worked his magic and now the entire house (regardless of room) is the same temperature, as it should be. Professional experience from start to finish. Felt like I was dealing with family. I would recommend this company to ANYONE I know that are in need of some cooler temperatures in their home. Can't give you a high enough rating.
