Ambient looks like a one-person operation. Hired Sam to install new dishwasher disposal, sink and washer. Sam was on time for the first meeting, paid him 20 percent more than asked, and tipped his helper as an incentive. The problem started when he left before double-checking how well the newly installed items work. The new dishwasher leaked at a connection, washer threaded wrong . Called Sam, very friendly on the phone, I gave him over 3 weeks and 3 appointments to help fix very easily done items, never showed up, I kept getting the excuses that made me feel like I was on a TV hall of shame (1) receipt has NO info that it is Ambient (2) Business card states landscape service -no address If you want a MASH STYLE pre-op, call Sam, otherwise get some you can contact with results if things do not work out. Very Amiable, that is it!

Sam called right away (same day) and set up an installation time. He was friendly and did fast, quality work. I recommend his services.

I wrote a disparaging 1 star review of this company because I had to cancel the work to be done due to our decision to sell our home. That was unfair-I was annoyed I was to lose my non-refundable deposit with this decision. The owner reached out to me and we have reached a compromise where he will do a smaller portion of the lawn replacement and allow me to use the deposit towards payment of this job. He cares about his company and itâ s reputation and I feel confident he will do an exemplary job.

I had the company come out to give an estimate 4 months ago on replacing the front lawn. In the meantime, we are moving and do not need the work done. The estimate claims the deposit (10 percent of the job) is forfeited. I was surprised this was written into the quote. Pretty easy work. Read the quote carefully before signing up with the company. I have since spoken with the owner and we have arrived at a satisfactory compromise.

Scheduled almost immediately, arrived promptly when scheduled, and were friendly and efficient.

Sam and his team were great! Professional, on time, clean, very Polite and extremely affordable. Differently will use them in the future.

Sam did a great job installing the dishwasher. I bought it at COSTCO, The installers they sent COULD NOT Iinstall it. SO I CALLED SAM IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE I COULD HAVE MADE!! So you should call SAM to it"s the BEST CHOICE YOU COULD MAKE TO.
