We hired this company because of our customer service. David answered all our questions, gave us the color card stack to review on our choices. Once our decision was made the crew started a week later and we couldnâ t be happier with our choice. The crew was respectful and professional. The cleaned up after each day and asked us to check their work and find something to fix. I am happy to say there was maybe 3 locations that needed touch up. I would definitely recommend this business because customer service is hard to come by these days.

Alpha 1 is great to work with! David, the estimator, was on time for our appointment, asked questions and provided helpful information about their cabinet painting process. He was also the quickest of the four companies who bid the job to send their estimate. Benjamin, the painter, and Angela, his assistant, were so easy to work with. They did an amazing amount of prep work to eliminate overspray issues or damage. And they did a FANTASTIC job! The cabinets look like they were always that color. They take great pride in their work and it shows. No drips, uneven areas or rough spots. The finish looks like the cabinets were just installed. We couldnâ t be happier and will contact them again in a heartbeat for our next project.
