The guys at Aloha Air did an amazing job replacing my air conditioner and water heater. They get it done right at a reasonable cost. They were very professional, polite, and got everything done just as agreed. I highly recommend Aloha Air - 5 stars.

The owner, Jaren, install a new air handler for me in April 2020 and it work fine for 2 months and then it stop working. I called Jaren and he came out and diagnosed the problem as the float switch cycling on and off so he fix it. Two weeks later, in July 2020 my AC stop working again with the same drainage issue. He came out back and said he install the drainage wrong so he fix it again. Fast forward to now, two weeks later, my AC stop working again for the 3rd time because of the same drainage issue. I called Jaren over 10 times and no answer. It sends me straight to voicemail and can't leave a message because his voicemail is full. I texted him 4 times and no respond or call back from him. I called him from a different number and he answer and when I told him I'm having the same drainage problem with my AC and I have been trying to get hold of him for the past 2 days, he hung up the phone on me. So I called another AC company and they came out the same day and fix the drainage problem and they were professional and stated that who install the unit did a sloppy job! DO NOT go with Aloha Air / Jaren because he will just take your money and leave you hanging when it is his fault from the installation. Save yourself time and money and go with another AC company.

Aloha Air of Orlando, not to be confused with the company in Davie Fla with similar name. Aloha Air of Orlando replaced a Goodman 12 yrs old AC system with a new Goodman 16 SEER Variable Speed unit. My old unit broke on a Sunday morning, I called them and scheduled the installation for the next day. They gave me an excellent price. They called two hours ahead of the scheduled time on Monday to confirm the appointment. They sent a tech to prepare the job prior to Jeren (the owner) showing up for the installation. Jeren was a little delayed because of complication in a previous job. Nevertheless, they completed the job in less time than stated, explaining every question I asked in a very respectful and professional way. They did a high quality job and left the place very clean. I definitely recommend this company. They will be servicing my unit for the foreseeable future

Jeren, the owner, is extremely courteous and professional. He is very transparent, knowledgeable, and he s current in his use of technology. And his team works on SATURDAYS at no extra charge!

The project took a little longer than expected, but upon inspection it was because rather than rig a duct system from the new unit to the old duct work they built an entirely new one that matched the storage are for no extra cost. Great customer service and a price you can't beat.

The project was fascinating. No only did they consistently show up on time they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule.final project turned out GREAT.
