There was no denying the leaks or the photo evidence - I needed a new roof. After talking with several roofing companies and obtaining estimates, I selected Alluring Homes to install my new roof. Cesar and Sergio were very easy to work with. The job began right after the new year and was completed exactly on time (2 full days of work) and my roof looked beautiful. But the true test comes with the weather -- and within the first 60 days, we had two atmospheric weather events with torrential downpours. My new roof felt like I had a comfy, cozy blanket over my head and best of all, no more leaks. I highly recommend Alluring.

Getting a new roof can be a very daunting experience. There are lots of options, but little guidance. Many other roofers want to charge you just for the initial consultation. We were at a loss before we found Alluring Homes. Right from the start, they offer a free inspection and consultation. Cesar was very understanding and answered all of our questions both big and small. He was kind and courteous throughout the visit. He got right to the point and took his ladder out to inspect our roof. Within a couple of days we had our quote which was fair and within industry standards. Once we signed, there was a crew working on our roof in a week. The crew was fast, polite, and very clean. In a few short days the roof was done. It was perfect! The tiles matched and the craftsmanship was obvious. My wife actually went on the roof to confirm this. Thanks to Cesar and his team, we wonâ t need to do anything to our roof for a long, long time. I am so thankful for their hard work from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing minor work to a complete new roof.

The new Cool Roof they installed on my home is fantastic. This was one of the hottest summers in Los Angeles and I only turned on my air con once. They are professional and have good customer service. They started my roof on a Friday and finished Saturday, in order to complete it before a big rain storm Sunday. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them.

They repaired the roof leak in the skylight. Replaced flat areas of roof, and sealed and waterproofed the vents. Neat and professional workmanship. I would highly recommend! Very happy with their work!

There arent enough words to describe the great work that Sergio, Sam and the Alluring Team do. We purchased a home that need some work and had to scramble to get it done right for our home insurance to remain active. We spoke to a few contractors and Sergio really won us over.
