"Mold-like" substance was found during home inspection. As the seller, it was my responsibility to have this corrected. I wanted my home to be in excellent condition for the new owners. I knew this would be pricey, and I though quite messy. Tommy Mayes called me back immediately and scheduled an assessment the next day. Within 4 days they were there and completed the mold remediation job. Tommy and David are truly honest, dependable, reasonably priced and amazing. I worried about the house getting dirty from the work being done in the attic. You couldn't even tell they had been in the house. Without question, this is the very best company I have ever worked for and I would recommend them to anyone.
