If I could place a zero star for the service...I would. I am extremely disappointed in service that company provided. I hire Alltek Environmental Services in June 2019 to repair foundation at my house. Alltek had a formal report from Solid Ground Consulting Engineers to follow for the repair of foundation. One page of the Alltek contract without too many details or drawings on the job description, put me to the price of 48K. Project been completed with significant damage of the landscaping ( to be anticipated for that drastic type of repair). The cleaning after repair was finely semi-done by the company. Placement of the air-conditioner outside was done incorrectly, and I had to hire additional personal to resolve this issue. The rest was assure , that I am getting lifetime warranty of the repair and If such displacement does occur , we will correct the problem at our expense. Last week, suddenly noticeable water presence in the storage area and the back of the house ( that I did not have any of this issues prior this foundation repair) , raise my concern. I call Mike P ( person in charge of the project), who dedicate additional stuff member to come and make the assessment. Well... I got report alright ..states that additional installation of the pump, 41 feet of multi flow in basement, removal hvac and hot water tank and reinstallation, plus additional outside drain 50 feet , will cost me $9,200. Seriously??!!! Why it was not done last year ?? It was not included in the project? You could not anticipate that in advance??? Why? Why? Why? I called Mike back and questioning him about the report. Why this issues arise now, 8months after original repair, that I was assure that everything done appropriately. Mike response was .. he will be there at the property to recheck, what needs to be done and get back to me and he promise and he make it right . Unfortunately for me, he never show up, never had courtesy to call or text back.. Just vanished... I do not know much about the foundation. I do not know much about construction business. I am a physician. But, what I do know, that if company make a promise and company made the mistake, its has to be fixed ..or at least have a decency to get back with some reasonable explanation. If I would take care my patients, the way this company take care me, this would not be acceptable practice! Now, I will have to hire somebody else to repair, what Alltek Environmental Services have done or have not done. Moral of my story.. I would NOT recommend anyone this company for foundation repair. Please, look some place else. This is just a bad business in my book!!

Alltek Envrionmental Services team did a great job on my basement. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and put a lot of work into getting through our thick basement slab, they did a great job on drainage and we haven't had water problems since. Once we are ready to get the steel beams put in place to finish our basement repairs we plan on contacting alltek again!

Daniel, Austin, Mike and George was very professional and If I was not happy with something they would not leave until they made it right... Great bunch of guys and I really enjoyed having them working for me... They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. ... Especially Daniel... Yes if I need any more work i will hire them back... Thanks to Mike Primes for making sure everything was taken care of.... Jeff Lucas

They crew that installed the waterproofing and the fiber straps were great. I was dis appointed with the time the company who shipped the straps caused a delay in finishing the job. Alltek communicated very well.

Did a good job when they got too it. Originally estimated they could start in three weeks but did not start till six weeks. No contact with schedule updates.

Highly recommend - fast to respond, great communication and very professional.

I would highly recommend this company! They gave me the best price, the guys did a great job and were very professional and when I called them to see if they could come out and check on something for me two days later, they came that day even though I was 2 hours away just to give me a peace of mind:)
