Their customer service is non-existent. They will not listen to customers concerns. Specialy after payment. Do yourself a favor spend a little more and be better off.

The work crew came prepared to work with all the correct tools, equipment, clothing, hydration, etc. These guys worked HARD all day long in temperatures that would fry an egg....104 degrees in the shade! They did a superb job installing my energy-efficient roof and cleaning up after themselves. They communicated well with me all through the process. They were very professional throughout and I was impressed (and I am not easily impressed!).

Allstate was the first one to call seconds after my phone call, nobody else called ! If you want someone who is completely professional inside and out call them ! They completely removed our old shake roof and replaced it, with a new 40 year roof with special financing that cant be beat.! and is second to none. The crew was phenomenal , so friendly and professional, they cleaned up each night like we were having xmas at our house the next morning ! wow. If your looking for a roof replacement. don't look any further These guys are the real deal. Thanks Robert !

The owner, Jason, was quick and got the work started close to the date projected. Took a little longer than he expected, but explained EVERYTHING to me he had done AND what was now different/better than before. I really felt comfortable with the job he did and his employee, Kenny, and do not worry about rainy whether this year.

Jason Bridges was very nice, professional & helpful as was his crew. Jason oversaw the job & made sure I was happy with it. My roof was sealed in the summer. However, I will have to wait to see how well the work was done come winter & the rainy season. If it leaks, I am sure Jason will honor & stand by his word/work if my roof leaks next rainy season. Am hoping the warranty isn't up by then, but I am sure he will stand by his word even if the warranty expires before winter. I did find the quote a little pricey so I don't know the actual value for my money. All-in-all, so far so, good. Thanks to Jason & his crew!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
