Allsafe Windows and Doors

Allsafe did an excellent job installing the windows on my in-laws house. The doors also came out fabulous and my in-laws are so happy. We would highly recommend them

RUN! as fast as you can. Save yourself the hassle and stress this company will cause you. They promise the world in the beginning just to get you to sign a contract. The results in the end will only end up costing you more.

Overall bad experience. Pro - Great presentation from owner, hurricane impact windows seemed to be strong. Con - Manager lied about getting work permit and tried to start windows replacement without proper documentation. Windows and a lanai door were installed by couple of young inexperienced guys. They broke several windows stones sills and installed lanai doors the wrong way. I complained to manager several times by email, still no action. I cannot use the lanai door in proper way. Poor communication, manager/ owner who does not listen or get back to you. Most probably, after the presentation you will never see him again. He does not come back to check the quality of the company work. Contract from 6/27/2023. I have got some progress today 2/23. They fixed lanai doors. It was done very accurate and fast by different people. I wish this team would done initial windows and lanai doors installation. And they promised to fix windows sills next week. I'll update info if/when it done

Windows look great. The difference in sound reduction is very noticeable. We love our Eastern Bertha windows.

If you are looking for a company to install or repair doors and windows, look no further than AllSafe Windows & Doors. We hired them shortly after Hurricane IAN to replace our lanai sliding doors and window which were destroyed by the hurricane. Everyone we worked with or talked to at Allsafe was professional, competent and caring. This last item was so important in light of the vast numbers of people needing work done following the storm. They were always empathetic unlike some construction companies weâ  ve been saddled with who were not. The installation team was top notch, on time always and highly professional. They even boarded the lanai up after the sliders were destroyed with a unique sliding plywood door that gave us access to the lanai while we waited for the doors to arrive. So, AllSafe Windows & Doors is the best of the best. We are delighted with the work they did for us. Hire them and you will know what I mean. Amen.

I highly recommend Allsafe windows and doors! Everything was Excellent from the 1st call to the 1st meeting all the way through install ! Timothy N. Was a wonderful sales man very kind and humble . He talked over all window options with me and together we Picked out beautiful safe and efficient windows for my home at a great price ! Install was great ! Perfect ! They were quick and and they paid close attention to details of every spot made sure everything was perfect. I'm very happy with the entire process. 10 out of 10 recommend them. I love my new windows!
