I installed HVAC through Allred this Jul 2022 via Lowes. I spent 16000$ for the entire system. I am upset with Allred. First 1) the installation was not perfect, and the job does not look professional. The parts were arranged irregularly, the wiring was not done properly. Drilled holes in the wall in unwanted places to look ugly. 2) On Sep first week my AC stopped working, they sent the electrical person who said everything is fine it must be a heating issue. The next day another person come they could not figure anything out. The day after another person came and finally found that the transformer inside the furnace was burnt. They were replaced for free due to the warranty. 3) now in October again the Heater stopped working, I called the service center they said the service supervisor left for the day at 3 pm, and the only appointment is tomorrow (10/20) I am waiting for them to find the problem. Overall I am unhappy with the service and installation. I would recommend considering some other HVAC providers who do a better job. In my case, I am going to ask them to pay my entire money back and put back my old unit. I do not want to get into trouble every month with the faulty device installed in my house

I really liked their system because they even sent me a picture of the tech that would come out, gave me an accurate timeframe and their communication was overall, excellent! I can see that the technician is happy and enthusiastic with the company because of his attitude, which really tells you about the work environment and company culture.
