Reviews
Write a ReviewPoor customer service. Actually workers and work completed was awesome. Terrible, terrible customer service.
The crew boss spoke English and was able to communicate to the workers performing the work. They cleaned the work site well afterwards and we are very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.
They did a very good job. They also finished the job on time and cleaned up.
Ronnie and his crew did an FANTASTIC job replacing the siding on my home.
They are top notch all the way.
The end result was very good. Issues were resolved without a problem.

The crew for Allied Siding and Windows performed excellent work. They tore down and installed new siding and painted the entire house very quickly and the price was inline with other quotes I received. I very much appreciate the work they did. My home looks like a brand new house! Many many thanks
My installation crew of two men did not do a complete job of cleaning up even after I told them to make sure not to leave any debris. The screens that came from the factory, some were loose fitting and not secured tightly along the perimeter of the screen frame. I asked the installer to make sure and double check the screens and repair as necessary, but I know he missed one and I will have to call Allied back for warranty repair. The installers did not remove the factory stickers and clean up adhesives left on the window glass. I am not for certain that they were to clean the windows, however, I will bring this up when calling back for warranty work on the screens. I do not think it should be left up to the homeowner to have to police the installers and create a punch list for quality purposes. I feel that Allied could greatly improve the quality of the homeowners experience if they would follow up with a quality control representative to make for certain that there are not any factory QC problems or issues with the installers. The installers also damaged some exterior window trim as well as interior window sills removing the old windows. I own several houses and will need windows installed currently on two more houses. Now that I am familiar with the replacement process, I will insist that the next installation be followed up with QC rep and that all damages are repaired professionally.
