Critical: Quality In December 2020 Alliance installed a turtle pond.. The debt of the pond is not deep enough.They filled the pond and sides with river rock that falls down exposing the rubber lining.The rubber lining does not go up high enough.We might have a little over a foot of water in debt If you over fill it just a little it will completely collapse. The first time we put water in it, it collapse because they told us we filled it too much even though we filled it to the mark they told us. Jerome the owner or manager made us feel like that we were wrong and stupid. We spent $11000 for garbage. We then had to spend $ 425 more to have them come out and fix it from over filling the pond.The design for this turtle pond needs to be overhauled .One would question whether he knows what he is.doing.The workers themselves were hard working but the design does not work. Now were stuck with a pond that is not sufficient for the winter for our turtles.

Installed a french drain, retaining wall, stamped concrete patio, rock work. Jerome and his guys did an outstanding job! Creative ideas. Hard workers. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them!

Stay away from this company. They did a terrible work and no customer service. We spent a lot of money, and they will not return a call for a small service problem. They do not honor their warranty. Nothing, but lies. Do not hire this company.

Timely, quality work and product, executed very professionally. Project completed within 4 days of signing the contract. All employees, staff, and subcontractors very courteous and competent. Owner, Jerome, was onsite, had excellent oversight, Quality Control, and attention to detail. Very approachable and easy to work with. Did everything to ensure the job was done right. He was not the lowest bidder, but did work with me and came close. Well worth the extra few dollars.

Alliance Landscaping was friendly, responsive, and professional in everything they did. We explained what we wanted, and they came back with a quote within our budget. We then realized that we would like to have it done in time for a big event, and they moved up the start date to suit us. They showed up on time, worked two long days, and were done early on the third, ahead of schedule. Our backyard is now unrecognizable, in the best way!

Excellent work and workmanship. I have exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable.
